1. No Automatic Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and the customization involved in converting websites into APK files, all sales are final. Once the APK is generated and delivered, we do not offer automatic refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refund

In rare cases, a partial or full refund may be granted under the following conditions:

• The APK could not be generated due to technical errors on our end.
• The final output is significantly different from what was described or promised.
• You contacted us within 3 days of delivery and provided valid proof of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• If you change your mind after the order is processed.
• If your website is not compatible or does not perform well in a webview-based APK.
• If the app is rejected by app stores (e.g., Google Play) due to website content or policies.
• If the information or assets (logo, icon, etc.) you submitted were incorrect or incomplete.
